Our business is covered with hypoallergenic floors and walls that are completely washable and disinfectable, designed in accordance with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey and international standards. Accommodation at PatiLee gives you the peace of mind of having entrusted a part of your family to a reliable, professional corporate business, while offering our furry friend a second home where he can socialize with his friends, relieve his energy in a pleasant way and stay in comfort. Accommodation is provided in two ways in our facility. In the lounges in a social environment or in VIP rooms alone… In order to determine the most suitable accommodation option in question, we definitely invite you to meet our furry friend before your stay. We host our guests staying in a social environment in the lounges by dividing them into groups that are compatible with each other according to their size, breed, character, play style and socialization status. During the day, the same groups spend time with games and various activities in our 9 appropriately divided gardens. In between games, they have plenty of time to take a nap in our lounges. Our guests receiving VIP accommodation service have their own room. They do not get together with our other guests or, depending on your request, they get together during play hours, but they retreat to their rooms during rest hours. Guests who do not get together with their friends spend time playing with our staff during play hours. There is no cage system in our facility. Only our guests/students who have box training or habits stay in the halls allocated to them upon request and demand. They are fed with the food you feed at home and bring with you throughout the day, at the frequency and rate you feed them. There are automatic filling water fountains coming from the filter system in all our halls and gardens. In the evening, when our facility moves to the night routine, the necessary checks are made, the needs are met and our boarding staff goes to rest. Our little friends go to sleep at night with the tiredness of the day and mental peace. PatiLee is a pet facility. It cannot provide assistance other than education-therapy services to animals that are sick or in need of care, have mixed emotions, cannot be alone, cannot get along with their peers, have behavioral problems and control their will. We inform you about all our services with a work service contract prepared by our legal department in accordance with the legislation and sign the conditions. Our business is a professional business and does not rely on hearsay and unconscious instructions and provides services with its own respected knowledge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do dogs/cats stay in cages?

No, we provide accommodation services either in VIP rooms allocated to the customer and the condition of the dog or in groups. Dogs with Box Training can come to our facility with their boxes and can be taken into their rooms with their boxes upon customer request.

Can anyone board their dog/cat?

No, they can’t. We can’t provide accommodation services without references or without meeting them. See Terms of Service

Can I leave/pick up my cat/dog whenever I want?

No. We do not enter / exit outside of business hours. We do not welcome requests or pressures.

Is there room for negotiation in our prices? Shall we try our luck?

No. We do not recommend this to anyone. Our business’s pricing policy is fixed.

Can I see my dog/cat through the camera system?

No. Our camera system is a closed system, but when you come to our facility you can watch it on large screens for a certain period of time.

My dog/cat is very precious, can you send photos and videos every day?

No. We do not have such a duty. Our social media officers shoot at the facility once or twice a week and these videos/images are published on social media. We do not share images/videos via private messages or other applications.

Can I tour the inside of the facility?

No. Our little friends’ resting places or gardens are constantly disinfected and when a stranger enters, serious excitement and fights may occur as a result. We are responsible first to our guests and then to their families. We do not want our guests to be harmed due to a situation you caused. However, you can see the facility instantly on the camera system. The living rooms of cats and other exotic creatures are in our office, you will see them anyway.

Should I bring my dog/cat's toys, bed, and food bowl?

No. We do not accept any of his belongings other than his collar, food and health certificate because these can be damaged in a social environment.

Can you follow up on my dog/cat's medication?

Places where dogs or cats with any illness should stay should be places where veterinarians can intervene immediately. Of course, even the smallest illness can be monitored by taking medication, but this does not impose any responsibility on the business.

How many times do dogs go outside?

As of 7:00 in the morning, groups go out to play, then they go to their living rooms to rest. Garden preferences are made according to the weather conditions. There is no set number, the friends who are resting are not disturbed, they are constantly monitored, after resting they are taken out to the gardens saying let’s play.

What are your nursery hours?

Nursery should not exceed 8 hours. We can offer different packages to PatiLee members and our customers whose working hours are not suitable.

Will my dog be socialized at daycare?

The socialization of your social dog continues. The subject of dogs with socialization problems falls under the “dog training” branch.

Do you have a transfer service for the nursery?

Yes, there is. However, it requires serious planning. Because you need to be at home at that time every day. You should visit our facility for details.

My cat is not social, what should I do?

Don’t worry, Cats are unique creatures, they just hang out on their own 😊
