People who act like social media phenomena, whose only job is to send you photos and videos, or places that appear to be businesses, trying to prove that they are looking after your dog or cat are just an attempt to please. For people who truly consider their job as their duty and put in the effort wholeheartedly, their only duty should be to take so many photos or videos, while children are hanging out by themselves or waiting for the day they will be reunited with you in a cage… You should not be a slave to your own feelings, but a follower of their feelings…

We record all our lives and our personnel 24 hours a day.

With our Full HD state-of-the-art camera system with both audio and video. We do this not to show you, but to be able to follow our work, our colleagues and of course the lives we care for. However, when you come to our facility, you can see this system instantly, we work in an open kitchen. You cannot see the clean kennels or rooms that are shown to you but never used. After you leave, your dog or cat will not be put in cages or tied to trees as they are called. We are what you see here, on Social Media or in real life. You can come and observe with your own eyes. We are a business approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, consisting of Managers and Authorities Licensed Experts. All our Permits are positioned in our office that you can see as signed, sealed and approved. You should not work with places or people that you see with your eyes and do not approve with your heart. We can boast about our features that we do not have as lies and falsehoods, we can say it is a web page or social media and throw it away because it cannot be investigated, we can make money like OTHERS by making various speeches and word games and using methods that do not matter how and in what way. By purchasing from promotional material dealers or just by attending dog shows, you can collect plenty of trophies or rent a villa or two acres of land, decorate it with three or five toys and show yourself as the best in Turkey with a nice social media campaign..

Although the cost of the service we provide is covered by pet families, our obligation is first to pets, then to conscience and then to the law. PatiLee does its job as it should be according to the terms of the agreement, not according to people’s expectations or wishes. We have also experienced that no result that will benefit you, your pet friend or us will be obtained from those who are after making you cute or trying to seduce you with relationships, who are after money, not their job or service.

We are not a business that provides service according to the financial status or labels of the people we work with.

Because, rest assured, super media celebrities, business people who are among the few rich, have defrauded us much more than the middle-income people of my country who spend more than their budget for their furry friends and try to offer them the best of everything. Do you think those who go to great lengths to avoid making their payments, or those who leave their dogs with us and do not answer the phone? What else? We have had to put up with it from time to time just out of our love and compassion for those little creatures. But we expect you to understand how big a burden this is for us, both materially and spiritually.
